Having run his own business and worked in the private sector his entire engineering career, he has a complete understanding of the importance of executive-level management in addition to the land development design process.  This offers the ability to provide excellent customer service to the City of Bunnell developers and their engineers.  Marcus prides himself for being readily available during the developer review process as well as during the planning, design, construction administration and construction of the City’s capital projects.  Fast tracked projects require intense, continuous communication and collaboration with all the City’s team members.

While in the private sector, he had the opportunity to work with the City of Bunnell as their City Engineer.  During his time, he realized that the projects he enjoyed working on the most were the ones with City of Bunnell.  In May 2022, he was offered the opportunity to join the City of Bunnell team.  He looks forward to this opportunity to provide day-to-day leadership and managerial oversight to assist in the design, development, implementation and analysis of multiple technical and engineering-related tasks within the City.
