A History of Service to the Community
The Bunnell Police Department began its service to the citizens of Bunnell in 1913 and was formed by utilizing a single officer called the Town Marshal. The City of Bunnell’s first Town Marshal was Ernest Walter Johnston. The Town Marshal worked out of the Bunnell City Hall located at 200 South Church Street.
