NOTE:  FL Statutes ensures the anonymity of any one requesting public records. There is no requirement for a citizen to supply contact information (such as their name, address, phone number) make their request in writing, or give a reason why they are making the request.

POLICY:  The Bunnell Police Department fulfills public records requests at no charge if the request can be completed in the first 30 minutes of staff time and may be provided to the requestor by email.  If the processing requires more than 30 minutes or other materials, such as storage device, shipping, and postage, then an estimate of the cost of staff time and materials to fulfill the request will be provided to the requestor before the work begins.  Only after payment is received will work to fulfill the request commence.
