Storm Water Master Plan A storm water master plan (SWMP) will evaluate the entire storm water collection system for performance and identify necessary improvements. The primary objectives of the SWMP are to develop a model of the storm water system, estimate future growth, model design storm events for flood control, model BMPs to estimate nutrient and pollutant removal, and estimate future projects required to accommodate the projected growth, the identified flood control needs, and the identified pollutant removal requirements. A SWMP will also increase the potential of grant funding for future projects. STATUS: Awarded. Contract in process.
Well 3 Replacement Replace Public Water Supply (PWS) Well 3, a Confined Surficial Aquifer (CSA), screen and filter-packed well originally constructed in 1963. Well 3 evaluation revealed extensive damage and will be replaced with a new CSA PWS Well (3R). STATUS: Planning.

Isolation Valve Replacement The isolation valve located near the train tracks on Deen and N Railroad is currently leaking and in need of replacement. Replacing the valve will allow for water to be isolated from one side of the train tracks to the other. STATUS: Procurement and scheduling in process.
