NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THE CITY OF BUNNELL IS ACCEPTING BIDS FOR RESTORATION OF THE HISTORIC BUNNELL COQUINA CITY HALL. NOTICE SHALL BE POSTED IN A LOCAL NEWSPAPER, ON THE CITY OF BUNNELL WEBSITE AND LISTED ON DEMAND STAR. ALL BIDS ARE SOLICITED AND SHALL BE MADE PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 2012-07, AND ALL BIDS WILL BE EVALUATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS THEREOF. ORDINANCE 2012-07 IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF BUNNELL, 604 EAST MOODY BLVD. UNIT 6, BUNNELL, FL 32110.

Instructions: It shall be MANDATORY that each general contractor representative be present for a pre-bid conference/site visit on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. Attendees shall meet promptly at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Daylight Time, at the Historic Bunnell Coquina City Hall, located at 200 S. Church Street, Bunnell, FL 32110. All attendees must sign in upon arrival and clearly indicate the prospective general contractor represented on the sign in sheet. On-time attendance will be strictly enforced.
