Residential Solid Waste Service Information

Bunnell [June 23, 2023] -  In 2021, changes were made to residential solid waste and recycling services.  The notices were included in utility bills in the summer of 2021 and are handed out when new accounts are opened.  In order to help citizens understand about their pick-up days, the guidelines about carts (placement and the filling of carts) or bulk pick-up items, the City is re-publishing the residential solid waste service informational flyer.

The City does continue to provide recycling services as required by Florida Statute.  Because of the changes in the industry, there are only certain items that are being accepted by our contracted transfer station for recycling.  Items being recycled by the City are explained in the flyer (attached to this announcement on the City website).
