Vice Mayor John Rogers

Commissioner John R. Rogers was elected to the Bunnell City Commission in 2011.

Commissioner Rogers was born in Milford, Connecticut, and has been a resident of Bunnell, Florida since 1980, and has four children.

Commissioner Rogers is the President of John’s Towing Auto & Truck Service Inc. which has been servicing Bunnell and its surrounding communities since 1990. In 2008 Commissioner Rogers was appointed by the Bunnell City Commission to serve on the Planning, Zoning and Appeals (PZA) Board and the Code Enforcement Board.

Commissioner Rogers is an active member of the community. He has served at Flagler Palm Coast High School as the Assistant Varsity Boys Basketball Coach. He has a passion for sports and believes sports serve as a great tool in keeping teens focused, build fundamentals and become productive members of their community. Commissioner Rogers is also a member of Calvary Christian Center in Ormond Beach and volunteers with the Homeless Ministry Program assisting in the feeding of and ministering to the homeless.

Commissioner Rogers knows we are currently living in challenging economic times. Property values are falling and citizens are financially struggling. Commissioner Rogers is committed to serve you, monitor government spending and watching your tax dollar.
