Request for Proposal: 2021-04 Grant Writing and Administrative Services

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO. 2021-04 GRANT WRITING AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

Notice is hereby given that the City of Bunnell is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) to solicit competitive sealed bids from professional grant writing and adminstrative professional contractors that are interested in providing their services for the City of Bunnell Community Development Block Grant - Hymon Drainage Project. All bids are solicited and shall be made pursuant to Ordinance 2012-07, and all bids will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions thereof. Ordinance 2012-07 is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Bunnell, 201 W. Moody Blvd., Bunnell, FL 32110. 

It is the intent and purpose of the City of Bunnell that this RFP promotes competitive selection. It is the bidder’s responsibility to advise the Finance Director of any language, requirements, etc., or any combination thereof, which inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this RFP. 

Notice shall be posted in the Daytona Beach News Journal, interested parties may obtain instruction packets on the website www.demandstar.com, the City of Bunnell’s website at www.bunnellcity.us/bids or via e-mail from matwood@bunnellcity.us. 

You are hereby invited to submit a sealed proposal to provide all information requested in the specifications to the City Clerk of Bunnell, Florida.
