UNDER THE PROVISION OF SECTION 286.011(8), FLORIDA STATUTES, THE CITY COMMISSION WILL HOLD A CLOSED ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION TO
DISCUSS PENDING LITIGATION REGARDING LISA MOORE V. CITY OF BUNNELL. ANYONE NOT LISTED BELOW AS AN ATTENDEE WILL BE
REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE ROOM AT THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE PROCEEDING.
