This is an all day event.  Light refreshments will be available during the day. Please contact the City Clerk Office at ( 386) 437-7500 x 5 by noon (12:00 PM) on Thursday, January 27th if you believe you will attend to allow for proper planning of refreshments and seating.

The venue does not allow smoking on-site.  No smoking is allowed in any building or on the campus at all.

The public is advised to check the City website for up-to-date information on any changes to the manner in which the meeting will be held and the location.

Those who plan to attend in public may need to wear a face mask and may have their temperature taken at the door.  Please plan to following social distancing.
