Born in Sanford, Florida and raised in St. Augustine, Bradley moved to Palm Coast while finishing up his last two years of high school and fell in love with Flagler County. Upon graduating from Matanzas High School, Bradley enlisted in the United States Army as a Human Resources Specialist and was sent to Basic Combat Training and Human Resources Advance Individual Training. Although being in the United States Army has kept Bradley away from Florida for many years, he knows Florida is his home.

Bradley has worked all over the world in the human resources realm. He started his Army Career in 2015 and was stationed in Italy, working as the Human Resources Brigade Clerk. He helped successfully “stand-up” a new Army Military Intelligence Brigade, by single handily creating policy and procedures for human resources to follow, by researching and implementing the Army regulations. Receiving accolades for exceeding their standards in a six-month time span, Bradley was promoted three times within the two years he was stationed in Italy.

In 2018, Bradley and his Wife returned to the United States and were stationed in Georgia.  This assignment presented challenges at first as he was the only human resources personnel there. Through previous experience he was able to help manage the office and create a talent management checklist to help fill in the vacant positions.

Bradley completed the Army Basic Leadership Course where he graduated number 9 out of 200 personnel, and he was then promoted ahead of peers to become a member of the Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) Corp. Upon this promotion he was appointed as the Human Resources Team Leader. Upon showing the desire and drive for more responsibility, Bradley was sent before another board for NCOs and won the NCO of the Month award. Bradley was then selected to be part of the time-honored funeral detail as the NCO in charge; he presented flawlessly with a three-man team for Military Funerals from South Carolina to the Florida Keys. Upon completion of the Funeral detail, Bradley obtained his promotable status and the Army stationed him in Washington.

In spite of the COVID Pandemic and workforce operation changes, Bradley was able to help maintain process and was appointed as the Human Resource Manager for the Military Police Brigade. Bradley stood out above his peers and was selected to compete for NCO of the Quarter and of the Year; he won both. This gave Bradley the opportunity to compete against hundreds of NCOs on the installation coming in 7th place as the top percentage of NCO across the Army FORSCOM. While competing he was still able to manage his office helping build an environment of teamwork and a family away from home. Bradley was selected to attend the Human Resources Advance Leaders Course receiving a 92% overall score and was promoted to Staff Sergeant after six years of service when most Human Resources NCOs do not get promoted to Staff Sergeant until they are 12 years in.

Bradley joined the City of Bunnell in May 2022 and looks forward to doing his part to support City employees and assist the citizens and visitors to the City.
