Bunnell Chief of Police Search

Bunnell, FL (December 15, 2021) – Creating a dynamic City full of innovative and team-oriented people, the City of Bunnell is searching for it’s next Chief of Police.

Earlier this week, the search for the next Bunnell Chief of Police officially began with the release of the posting for a full-time Chief of Police. The posting can be found on the City website and various sites such as Florida League of Cities, Indeed and other job search websites.

With a population of 3,495 and growing, the City may seem “small,” but being the second largest City by land in the State of Florida, a great deal of residential and commercial growth and being the County seat makes Bunnell a very busy place; a place that has been making steady strategic steps since 2018 starting with the hiring of the current City Manager, Dr. Alvin B. Jackson Jr.

Questions about the application process should be directed to the Human Resources Administrator, Loiry Nesheiwat or by calling 386-263-8806.

The position will remain open until it is filled.
