Message from the City Manager

The City of Bunnell is a quaint little community full of old fashion home town values and a great citizenry. Our City is the ideal location to invest in a future for you and your family.

We are also eager and ready to work with developers to address any developmental needs to secure our future growth opportunities. Currently our developer-friendly City, has put a moratorium on all impact fees, with the exception of water and sewer, and streamlined our permitting process. During this past year, the City of Bunnell has annexed over 87,000 acres, making us the second largest City in the State of Florida. This means that we have plenty of undeveloped land ready for investment and future growth. The City is currently re-writing its comprehensive plan to further facilitate this process.

During recent years, Flagler County was identified as the fastest growing county in the United States. Our beautiful wildlife and scenery make it a pleasant and attractive place for people to live and raise a family. We are the ideal place for investors and developers to bring their future projects. Facilitating new development projects in our City is our fist step toward welcoming the future residents of our City so that they may also be able to enjoy all the qualities of enjoyable living we have to offer.
